For example, if you ask to call a
name in the phonebook and there are
similar names, the system will suggest
a numerical list of the available
alternatives (fig. 29), asking to say the
associated number.
GLOBAL VOICE
COMMANDS
NOTE For languages not supported
by the system, voice commands are
not available.
These commands can be given from
any page after pressing the
button
on the steering wheel, provided that
there are no ongoing phone calls:
Help
: provides a generic support,
suggesting some available
commands.
Cancel
: ends current voice tutorial.
Repeat
: repeats the last voice
message.
Voice tutorial
: provides a detailed
description on the use of the voice
system.
PHONE VOICE
COMMANDS
If a phone is connected via
Bluetooth
®
to the
Uconnect™
system, these commands can be
given from any of the main displays
after pressing the
button, provided
that there are no ongoing phone calls.
If no phone is connected via
Bluetooth
®
, the
Uconnect™
system
will provide voice message: There are
no paired phones. Pair a phone and
try again" and session will be ended.
Call
<John Smith> Dials the phone
number associated to contact
John Smith. (see NOTES 1 and 4).
Call
<John Smith’s mobile > Dials
the phone number associated to
contact John Smith labelled as a
mobile phone. (see NOTES 2 and
4).
Dial
<0127457322>: Calls number
0127457322 (see NOTE 3).
Redial
: calls the number or contact
associated to the last call made.
Recall
: calls the number or contact
associated to the received call.
Show recent calls
: shows the list
of recent calls made, missed and
received (see NOTE 4).
Show outgoing calls
: shows the
list of the calls made (see NOTE 4).
