AUTO

The Swift KR��A identiﬁes the number of ﬁbers automatically.
Users are not allowed adjusting arc discharge amount. AUTO mode
consists of SM AUTO, MM AUTO, NZ AUTO, DS AUTO, G�� AUTO.

Outline of Splice Mode

For splicing NZDS ﬁbers. MFD is �~��um at the wavelength

of ��nm. WDM ﬁbers can be spliced in this mode as well.

NZ-� ~ NZ-��

DS-� ~ DS-��

For splicing DS ﬁbers. MFD is �~�um at near ��nm.

G��-� ~ G��-��

For splicing G.��A� ﬁbers G.��A� is improved bending loss
than basic SMF(G.��D) MFD is �~��um at near ��nm.

Other

Other splice modes are saved in the Swift KR��A database.
New splice modes will be continuously added to the database.
Please contact UCLSWIFT Co., Ltd for the latest available splice modes.

SM-� ~ SM-��

For splicing basic single mode ﬁbers. MFD is �~��um
at the wavelength of ��nm.

MM-� ~ MM-��

Other splice modes are saved on database of Swift K��A.
New splice modes are currently being updated. Therefore,
we recommend that users keep upgrading the equipment
regularly by contacting UCLSWIFT.
