Adjustment of tape detecting plate
If the tape detecting plate cannot move smoothly or its position is not proper, the TAPE SET
lamp lights after the tape is pulled out or the TAPE SET lamp does not light when a tape is set.
In these cases, the tape detecting plate must be adjusted.
1. Remove the rear table.
2. Remove the hold plate.
3. In the status when the hold plate is combined with the slide plate, check that the tape detecting
plate can smoothly move. If this plate cannot smoothly move, make an adjustment as shown in
the figure below.
1. Ensure that the tape detecting plate can move smoothly.
2. Bend the foot position a little.
4. Adjust by bending.
Stopper
3. Ensure that the stopper does not touch
its end section while it is in a free state.
