Removing the Rear Wheel:
a.
Unscrew the motor cable locking sleeves and
detach the two motor cable ends.
b.
Using a 6mm Allen Key unscrew and remove
the two M8 countersunk cap screws on the
torque arms.
c.
With a No. 21 spanner, loosen the two serrated
flange nuts. (
TOOL TIP:
it is easiest to remove
the nuts from the axle).
d.
Remove the left and right torque arms from the
recesses in the swing arm. The wheel is now
free to be removed.
e.
When putting the wheel back on ensure
that the nuts are tightened to 80 Nm with
a torque wrench.
Swapping Front and Rear Wheels
The front and rear wheels each have spacer inserts
which are installed on the axles. These inserts are
specific for installation in the front fork and rear
swing arm. If you wish to swap the wheels around
for whatever reason, be sure to swap these inserts
and torque arms before installing into the 2×2.
Directional indicators, reflectors, rear light, number plate holder and mirrors on the road version only.
