Erecting the sides of the pool
1a - Place the wooden posts into the metal brackets. There are short (PS1) and long (PS2) metal brackets; ensure that they are placed in the correct positions!
1b - Put the bottom row of planks into position. As the tongues are intended to ensure the correct alignment of the planks during their joining, their absence or
small cracks do not in any way affect the mechanical strength of the wood or the stability during installation of the pool.
1c - Hold these planks in place using upright metal plates (at right angles). Secure with 12x160 japy bolts at the bottom but do not tighten up.
1d - Place a standard length temporary plank along each edge of the pool basin. Secure using 12x120 japy bolts. Tighten up all the bolts (top and bottom).
1e -
To imperatively check alignment of wedges (chalk line) and diagonals (10 m ribbon); A = B
1f -
1st case scenario: the plinth does not obstruct the drill:
Drill the central hole (8 mm in diameter), drive in the anchoring pins and tighten up.
1g - Drill the remaining holes (20 mm in diameter), drive in the anchoring pins and tighten up. Repeat the process on each plinth.
1h -
2nd case scenario: the plinth is obstructing the drill:
Mark in the position of the holes with paint or felt tip pen.
1i - Remove the post and its plinth, drill the holes, reposition, drive in the anchoring pins and tighten. Repeat the process on each plinth.
- Installation of angle junction in reinforced steel
- Installation of angle junction
1j - Unscrew the upper and lower japy bolts and take down the temporary top planks. Fit the planks together using the sacrifice part provided for this purpose.
1k - Put the japy bolts in place and continue to install the planks up to the next step.
1l - 1m - Place the planks of the counter-flow system in rows 6/7/8 opposite the skimmer.
Place the upper and lower skimmer planks in rows 9/10 opposite the counter-flow system.
Place the Pool Spot plank in the 6th row on a panel to the left or right of the skimmer.
Place the suction point plank in the 8th row on a panel to the left or right of the skimmer. 1n – Install the remaining planks.
1o - Check the alignment of the upper and lower planks of the skimmer and those of the counter-flow system.
1p - Tighten all the Japy bolts (bolts in bag J for the metallic brackets, bolts in bag K in the upper part of the post).
1q – Prepare the drilling of the upper planks according to the given dimensions.
1r - Stud the final plank into the posts.
Positioning the supports and the brackets
2a - First fasten the metal plate included in delivery under the support planks using the screws. It will move into the correct position due to a flat recess on
the appropriate planks. Position the horizontal reinforcements level with the upper edge on the exterior of the structure. Make level and screw together from the
pool interior, until screw heads to not protrude.
2b - Pre-drill 3 holes of 6 mm (on the corners).
2c - Widen the holes to a depth of 45 mm using a flat 12 mm drill bit and screw in using three 6x90 screws.
2d - Pre-drill three 6 mm holes and screw into the corners.
2e - Position the brackets in up/down position, mark their positions, drill, tighten the bolts and countersink the heads.
2f - Screw in the horizontal reinforcement with the consoles.
Preparing the sides of the pool
3a - Screw in the skimmer intake in the upper plank using two screws round-head screws taken from the bag of screws supplied provided in the skimmer box.
3b - Install the outer skimmer seal and the skimmer itself.
3c - Fix on the whole using the 8 round-head screws taken from the bag of screws supplied in the box of the skimmer unit tightening it really well to ensure it is
totally waterproof. (Screw in manually.)
3d - Position one of the skimmer seals. Place a square seal into the frame of the skimmer and ensure that it remains in place. On the water jet and suction point,
position the cork seal onto the panel then install one of the two round white seals and ensure that it remains in place..
3e - Screw the attachment plate of the counter flow system tightly into the milled frame using the 24 supply stainless steel screws 4x35mm
3f - Drill the rails according to the dimensions (3 cm from the outer ends and then approximately every 20 cm).
3g - Unroll the felt of the panel.
3h - Glue the plastic rail to the felt of the upper plank.
3i - Fix the first rail of the liner using the 4x40 stainless steel screws.
3j - At the corners, partially cut the rail in a “V”-shape to be able to bend the profile. Screw on both sides of the corner at a distance of 3 cm, then screw on all the rails.
3k - Cut off the felt at the outside of the frame.
3l - Proceed in the same way with the water jet, suction point and the frame of the counter-flow system.
3m - Install the body of the counter-flow system on the mounting plate using the 5x20mm stainless steel screws, washers and nuts supplied.
Caution:
the counter flow case must be used so that the outlet Ø 75mm is in the upper position and the suction unit Ø 90mm is in the lower position.

• Installation on concrete slab compulsory and necessary for warranty to be valid. Thickness: 20 cm minimum. Ensure that slab is completely
smooth and level.
• Swimming pool should be oriented so that skimmer inlet(s) face(s) prevailing wind, in order to optimise surface particle filtration.
