transmitted.
This impacts the Mode S Level 2 transponder SARPs
requirements as contained in ICAO Annex 10 Volume IV
§§2.1.5.1.2 and 3.1.2.6.11.3.

Volume IV §3.1.2.1.5.1.1.1 on or after January 1, 2020, and
