Disabled, CSID always set to 1 (Callsign)
Enabled, CSID alternates between 1 (Callsign) and 0 (Flight Plan ID)
TIP:
CSID should always be "Enabled", unless there is a special
circumstance requiring it be set to "Disabled".
8.2.6 Anonymous Mode
When enabled, the EchoUAT transmits a self-assigned ICAO and sets the
Call Sign to a random string such as “PINGFDF8“ when the squawk code
matches the defined VFR squawk code.
Note
: Anonymous mode is only
active when squawking VFR (1200).
Tip:
Anonymous Mode must be “DISABLED” when certifying the unit with
either a flight test or a test set test (ramp tester).
8.2.7 Emitter Category
To assist ATC tracking of aircraft, an aircraft category can be transmitted.
Select the aircraft category that most closely matches the aircraft.

8.2.8 VFR Squawk code
This sets the default VFR squawk code. E.g. 1200 for the USA.
8.2.9 ADS-B-In Capability
Sets the ADS-B in equipment capability reporting. The echoUAT is capable
of receiving both ADS-B frequencies, 978 UAT and 1090. The
recommended setting is “
