Remove valve cover.

Attach power head unit to drive shaft.

If valve does not move, increase the torque setting
incrementally. To help gauge the tension required and evaluate the
condition of the valve.

Put the drive shaft onto the valve nut.
The shaft should extend 16”-24” above grade to
engage with the drive shaft.

Start drill in torque output 1-4 as to
not overload the valve.

Install solid extension onto gearbox output.

Engage twist lock mechanism to lock
solid extension in place

Operating the valve.
Use caution when cycling valve. Use slower speeds when the valve size is
not known or when approaching the open or closed position.
