The S0 Excess function is used for activating the digital impulse output S0-2 of the
measuring unit, in order to issue the balanced excess energy in the form of impulses.
The impulse duration, break and rate can be adjusted.
Note:
This function is only available, if the variant Module has been selected in
the Measuring unit menu.
