Check the 5VDC voltage.
—
Connect the n
egative probe of the
multitester to TP1 (GND).
—
Connect the positive probe
of the
multitester to TP2. The indi
cation of
the instrument must be 4.9
÷
5.3V.
—
Check if the fuse of the po
wer supply
is blown. It is
possible that
one of the
valve coils or the electronic board cause
a
short
circuit.
—
Disconnect the power from the
AC-
T1 board/con
nector JP2, and
switch on the
unit. If i
n no-
load
condition the
power supply delivers
12V and 5V
voltages, it can probab
ly
be that there is a problem on one of the boards, o
ne of the in
pu
ts or
outputs. —
Connect the AV-T1/JP2 c
onnector
back
to the board and disconnect the connectors JP6 (inp
uts), JP5 (out
puts),
pressure
sens
or.
—
Reapply the power from the ANL-T2
board. —
If the voltage
s 12V and 5V
reappear,
the problem is one of the e
xternal
elements connected to the
system
(valves, sens
ors, etc.).
—
If voltages 12
V and 5V do
not appear,
one of the b
oa
rds is damag
ed.
Disconnect board DIG-T2 and check
board
ANL-T2.
