Loosen the 2 screws on the
bracket so it goes over the
frame at the head end of the
bed.
Mount the control box with the
bracket on the traversing bar
at the head end of the bed so
the cable fittings face
downwards.
Tighten the 2 upper screws to
secure the fitting.
Check the cables for motor
rolls are mounted.
Red
side
into CH1 and
green
side
into CH3.
Mount the jack plug for the
motor roll in the end of each
roll. Make sure the cable from
CH1 is the
red
side and cable
from CH3 is the
green
side.
Position the cables to the
control box so they do not
get crushed or trapped.
Check this with the bed in its
lowest position.
Mount the signal cable from
the foot control and motor
cable. The motor cable goes
into CH2, and the signal
cable for the foot control
goes into free plug on the
junction box under the
control box.
