Button

Explanation

START/STOP

Press the button to start the training. Press the button
again to pause the training (max. 4 minutes). Press the
button again to continue the training. Press and hold
the button to stop the training.

MODE

Press the button to show the value for a specific item:
time, distance, calories, pulse, laps and scan (items
one after another).

ENTER

Press the button to confirm your selection.

SPEED +/- buttons

Press the buttons to set the speed.

SPEED quick buttons

Press the buttons to set the speed to the mentioned
value.

I/- buttons

Press the buttons to set the incline.

INCLINE quick buttons

Press the buttons to set the incline to the mentioned
value.

NOTE

– The console switches to standby mode when the equipment is not

used for 10 minutes. To leave the energy saving mode, please press 

       start key for 1 second till the light turns on and then release the start
       button to resume the training. All the training data will be re-started.
