Installation of ID-Lock Smart
Package contents with part numbers
This is what a complete ID-Lock Smart package should contain, including part numbers for
individual sub-kits:
Split mechanics (036-01-835 or 036-01-836)
See exploded view on the next page for more
details.
There are two versions of this kit with different
part numbers for different door thicknesses.
Part number for the complete kit is:

036-01-835
for 40 mm doors
•
036-01-836
for 60 mm doors
The Main Spindle, the Steel wires and the
screws are the only parts that differs depending
on door thickness.
Handles (346 60 04-95) & cover plate (346 60 04-96)
Most existing handles do not have a strong enough
return spring, which is why you should always use the
handles from this kit.
Carelock ACE Split (036-01-902)
This is the motor part, which is like a Carelock ACE but
with different software configuration.
TM2-box (046-01-803)
This is the box that listens to Tx75 transmitters and
controls the Carelock ACE Split. It can also be triggered
from a wired signal. Requires 10-30 V DC, 350 mA.
IDT (K2415)
This is the position transmitter that gives a unique zone-
ID to any Tx75 transmitter that is within range (1 to 1.5
meters). Requires 10 – 28 V DC, 1 A.
