ID-Lock Smart Installation guide - Ver. 1.3

27

Additional information

For details about the TM2-box, see separate TM2 Installation- & User Guide.

The TM2-box needs configuration before it is ready to use. The configuration requires an

Android application especially made for that purpose. Please contact the Tunstall office in

Malmö for details about the application.

Tx75 transmitters

There are many different Tx75 transmitters and most of them can be reprogrammed to act

in different ways. The recommended types of transmitters and their IDs for ID-Lock Smart

are:

K2315-ID4

 or

K2315-ID2

 with IDs between

1

 and

927

 for residents

K2315-ID4M

 with IDs between

928

 and

991

 for the staff.

Make sure you order the correct transmitters with the correct IDs to save the time to

reprogram them in the field (which requires a special programming box).

IDT zone-IDs

The zone-ID that is transmitted from the IDT is set by dip-switches inside the IDT. There are

10 switches, representing 10 binary bits with the least significant bit to the left (i.e. the

reverse from how a binary number is normally represented in writing).

The zone-ID range that normally should be used for ID-Lock is

768

 to

910

. Other zones may

cause the Tx75 transmitter to behave in undesired ways.
