Caution: 

 The Cable should be inspected and adjusted peri-

odically to avoid any slack in the cable which would, conse-
quently, prevent any damage to the equipment or personal 
injury.

Weight Shroud (#2)

 to the bottom of the 

Weight 

Stack Frame (#1)

 and at the top of the 

Guide Rod Retainer (#4)

 us-

ing four Hex Head Cap Screws 1/4-20 X 3/4 (#19), and four Flat 
Washers 1/4” (#18). 
 

Loosely Fasten:

 Do not completely fasten this hardware as-

sembly at this time, as it will be completely fastened later in 
the assembly process. 

Cable Adjustment 

 

1. Loosen the Finished Hex Nut 1/2-13 (#62). 
2. Thread the Cable Hex Tap Bolt 1/2-13 X 3 (#61) in or out 

of the threaded socket of the 

Front Frame (#29)

 to give 

the 

Cable (#39)

 proper tension. 

3. Re-tighten the Finished Hex Nut 1/2-13 (#62) to complete 

the adjustment. 

 

Caution:

 Make sure the Cable Hex Tap Bolt 1/2-13 

X 3 (#61) is threaded at least 1/2” into the threaded 
socket of the 

Front Frame (#29) 

once the cable ad-

justment has been completed.
