Question Does the Easi-Ears software work on Mac?

Answer

The Easi-Ears software does not work on a Mac computer, but the devices can be

connected to a Mac and MP3 ﬁles dragged into the folders that represent each device.

Question Why are my headphones/remote control unit not playing anything?

Answer

There are several possible causes: the battery is ﬂat (see p.4); no MP3 ﬁles on the

device (see p.11); volume control is turned right down (see p.6). If none of these seem

to be the cause, please contact technical support (see p.22).
