Turn off brush motor button (Fig. 8-4) and brush motor switch (Fig. 7-5)

Lift the squeegee and move the machine to the dirty water drain site.

Empty the recovery tank

Clean the squeegee with a jet of clean water. The squeegee must be lifted when the machine is not in use to prevent
permanent deformations to the rubber strips
6.
Remove the brush and clean it with a jet of water
7.
Disconnect the battery connector
8.
Park the machine on the rear wheels, thus avoiding the deformation of the bristles.
7.2 Cable version (E)
At the end of the work, before performing any type of maintenance proceed as follows
1.
Turn off vacuum motor switch (Fig 8-1)
2.
Turn off brush motor button (Fig. 8-4) and brush motor switch (Fig. 7-5)
3.
Disconnect the plug from the socket of the extension
4.
Lift the squeegee and move the machine to the dirty water drain site.
5.
Empty the recovery tank

Clean the squeegee with a jet of clean water. The squeegee must be lifted when the machine is not in use to prevent

7.
Remove the brush and clean it with a jet of water
8.
Park the machine on the rear wheels, thus avoiding the deformation of the bristles.
WARNING
- These operations must be carried out with the machine switched off, using gloves to protect
hands and making sure there are no objects or people nearby.

DAILY MAINTENANCE

position, using gloves to protect hands and making sure there are no objects or people nearby.
8.1 Cleaning the recovery tank
1.
Remove the rubber hoses (Fig. 7-3 & 7-4) from the plastic cover (Fig. 5)
2.
Unhook the drain hose (Fig. 7-6)
3.
Remove plastic cover
4.
Remove the filter and the float and rinse thoroughly (Fig. 5)
5.
Lift the recovery tank, rotate it anticlockwise and take it off
6.
Rinse the recovery tank and clean the drain plug.
7.
Replace everything by carrying out these procedures in reverse order.
WARNING
- For the discharge of the liquids used for the floor cleaning, follow the indication written on the soap label
and applicate the currently laws and codes.
8.2 Cleaning the squeegee
Clean the squeegee with a jet of water. Check the condition of the rubbers and reverse or replace them as necessary.
Careful cleaning of the entire aspiration unit ensures a longer working life for the aspiration motor. Clean the wiper tube and
make sure it is not clogged. (Fig. 14
– 1)
8.3 Cleaning the solution tank filter (Fig. 10-3)
1.
Remove and clean the filter.
2.
Replace the filter.
8.4 Removing the brush (Model Grande Brio 45 B, BT & E and 50 B)
1.
Lift up the squeegee
2.
Lift up the machine pressing the handle
3.
Press the motor brush button
4.
Press a few times the brush motor button (Fig. 7-5). The brush lock out automatically.
8.5 Removing the brushes (Model Grande Brio 55 B & BT)
1.
Lift up the squeegee
2.
Lift up the machine pressing the handle and place it on the rear wheels
3.
Tear off the brush from the hexagonal pin by pulling down
