Low Battery Warning
When a battery power is running low, the message "
LOW BATTERY
" will
appear on the display. NOTE: The readings given by the A
CCU
B
ALANCE
when "
LOW BATTERY
" is displayed are still valid. Before the battery power
gets so low that valid flow measurements are not possible, the
A
CCU
B
ALANCE
will shut itself off. When the "
LOW BATTERY
" message
appears, you usually have at least a half hour of running time before
the power gets so low that the A
CCU
B
ALANCE
would automatically
turn itself off. If the optional printer is connected, the message "
LOW
BATTERY
" is printed just before the A
CCU
B
ALANCE
turns itself off.
Automatic Shut-off
The A
CCU
B
ALANCE
has an automatic shut-off feature to help save
battery life. If no switches or buttons are pushed for fifteen minutes,
the A
CCU
B
ALANCE
will shut itself off.
