TROUBLESHOOTING:
Problem Possible reason Remedies
The device fails to switch on or works
with interruptions.
Lack of power voltage
Check voltage in the electric outlet, inspect the
power cord and call an electrician if necessary.
On/Off trigger is defective
Worn carbon brushes
Defective motor
Suction pipe is not correctly connected
Low suction pressure or no suction
Low blowing pressure or no blowing
Damaged power cord
Internal electric circuits of the device are broken
Hand the machine over for repair to a service
workshop.
Foreign bodies seized the motor Remove the clogging /seizing objects.
Waste bag is full
Waste bag is dirty
Operation mode selector is in wrong position
The device is clogged or locked by foreign
bodies
Correctly connect the two-part pipe
Rotate the selector switch to the suction position
Empty the waste bag
Clean the waste bag
Remove the clogging material
Rotation speed control knob is in wrong
position
Operation mode selector is in wrong position
Rotate the selector switch to the blowing position
Change position of the rotation speed control knob
to high rpm
