• Loosen the blocking knob (

A

) and turn the control 

flywheel (

B

) until the disc reaches the desired height.

• The disc teeth shall be 1/8” to 1/4” height above the 

work piece surface. 

• Tighten the blocking knob to keep the disc in the 

selected height level.

• Loosen the blocking knob (

C

) and turn the control 

flywheel (

D

) until the disc is in the angle you need.

• The disc can be adjusted from 90° to 45° 

• Tighten the blocking knob to keep the disc in the chosen 

angle.

• Before using the saw for the first time, make sure the 90° 

and 45° are correct. Use a combination square set.

• If the event the degrees are not correct, adjust the 

stoppers in the disc angle control mechanism inside the 

cabinet.

• The adjustment shall be carried out loosening, outward 

or inward, the blocking nut and then, the adjusting nut, 

whatever is needed.

• Check the disk angle periodically to make the 

adjustments if necessary. 

Cutting Disc Height and Angle

• In the event that the guide is mounted and the blocking 

lever (

) is down but not aligned with the table slots, lift 

the blocking lever, disassemble the guide, set it with the 

down side up and adjust the screws in the back (

F

).

• Pressure in the blocking lever can be adjusted turning 

both knobs in a synchronized manner (

G

). Before turning, 

loosen the blocking nuts.

• To adjust the guide perpendicular to the table, place a set 

square (

H

) onto the table and against the guide side. Turn 

the knobs (

I

) until the guide sits perpendicular to the 

table. Before turning, loosen the blocking nuts.

• The pointer (

J

) can be adjusted when necessary to that 

the red line will match the zero in the scale. Loosen the 

two screws fixing it to the guide.
