Changing the saw blade
Warning of electrical voltage
Before any work on the device, remove the mains plug
from the mains socket!
Hold onto the mains plug while pulling the power cable
out of the mains socket.
Warning of hot surface
The insertion tool might still be hot after the
application. Burn hazard when touching the insertion
tool.
Do not touch the insertion tool bare-handed!
Wear protective gloves!
Notice
Only use saw blades complying with EN 847-1.
Notice
Do not use flanges or flange nuts whose bore hole is
larger or smaller than that of the saw blade.

Wear appropriate protective gloves when inserting or
exchanging tools.
As standard, the device is supplied with 2 saw blades with 24
and 48 teeth respectively (both suited for wood and plastic). The
saw blade with 48 teeth is preassembled.
Please proceed as follows to remove or insert a saw blade:
1. Set the cutting depth to 0 mm.
2. Set the cutting angle to 0°.
3. Place the device on the front side of the motor housing.
4. Take the Allen wrench (14) out of the holder.

5. Press and hold the spindle lock (26).

6. Loosen the clamping screw (19) by means of the Allen
wrench (14).

7. Let go of the spindle lock (26).
8. Remove the clamping screw (19) together with the
washer (29) as well as the clamping flange (18).
9. Remove any material residues from the device, in
particular from the lower guard.
