Inf ormation on f ood storage
Frozen f ood:
•
Wipe the containers bef ore storage to avoid unnecessary spills.
•
Hot foods should cool down in the freezer before storage. This avoids
unnecessary energy consumption.
•
If you store meat, keep it in its original packaging or repackag e it if
necessary.
•
Proper storage in the freezer requires correct packaging. All food must
be stored in packaging that does not allow air or moisture flow inwards
or exteriors. Improper storage leads to a transfer of odour and taste
and to the drying out of the improperly packaged f ood.
•
Follow the instructions of the packaging or container for proper
storage.
Self -closing plastic bags
1.
Do not f reeze thawed/thawed f oods again.
It is recommended to note the f reezing date on the packaging.

Do not f reeze glass bottles or cans. Neither empty, nor f illed.

Proper care and cleaning of the freezer
Note:Bef ore using cleaning products, always read and f ollow the
manufacturer's instructio ns and warning s to avoid personal injury or
product damage.
General
Prepare a cleaning solution of 3-4 tablespoons of baking powder
mixed with warm water. Use a sponge or soft cloth moistened with
the cleaning solution to wipe of f your f reezer.
Rinse with clean, warm water and dry with a sof t cloth.
Do not use sharp chemicals , abrasives , ammoni a, chlorine bleach,
concentrated detergents, solvents or metal abrasive sponges. Some
of these chemicals may
Dissolve, damage and/or discolor your f reezer.
