Door seal:
Clean the door seals every three months according to the general
instructio ns . The seals must be kept clean and flexible to ensure
proper sealing.
Vaseline, which is applied slightly to the hinge side of the seals,
keeps the seal f lexible and ensures good sealing.
Cut of f electricity
Occasionally, power interruptio ns may occur due to thundersto rms
or other causes. Unplug the power cord from the power outlet if a
power failure occurs. When the power is restored , plug the power
cord back into the power outlet. In the event of a prolonged power
failure, you should inspect and dispose of spoiled or thawed food.
Clean the f reezer bef ore re-use.

Troubleshooting
1) The f reezer does not work:
a) Check that the f reezer is connected.
b) Check that power is present on the AC power outlet by checking the
circuit breaker.
c) Wait 30-40 minutes to see if the freezer starts. The compresso r cycle
must be completed to work.
2) The temperature of the f ood seems to be too warm:
a) Frequent door openings.
b) Allow the recently added hot meals time to reach the freezing
temperature.
c) Check the seals f or correct sealing.
d) Set the temperature control to a colder setting.
3) Too much f rost within the unit:
a) Make sure that the temperature control is not set to "ON" for an
extended period of time.
4) The temperature of the f ood is too cold:
a) If the temperature control setting is too cold, adjust to a warmer
setting and allow several hours to adjust the temperature.
5) The compressor runs too f requently:
a) This can be normal to keep the temperature constant during high
temperatures and wet days.
b) The doors may have been opened frequently or over a longer period of
time.
