LC Display Messages (continued)
Set-Up
Return to this menu on completion of changes in order to program them into the battery backed
RAM (BATTRAM).
•
Store new values: enter “yes” to store the settings.
•
Load old values: “yes” erases all new settings and returns to the last stored settings.
The sub-menus have different “rights of access”, i.e. changes or entries cannot be made in all
sub-menus. The right of access depends on the password. Furthermore, the sub-menus can be
divided into three groups:
1.
Sub-menus in which entries or changes can be made without entering a password:
a. Language
b. Contrast
c. Date/time
d. Print
e. DSO Status
NOTE
Changes to the sub-menus are stored in the system’s BATTRAM by means of the
“Set-up” sub-menu. If a change is not stored, it is lost when the converter set is
switched off. If the date is corrected for example, and the converter is switched off
and then on again, the date which appears is the one set prior to the correction.
2.
Sub-menus in which entries or changes can be made with a “User Password”:
a. Set-up
b. Input voltage
c. Output voltage DC
d. Output current DC
e. Compensation DC
f.
Remote Control
Entries and changes can be made in these sub-menus by entering the user password. The
password programmed at the factory is “AJ”.
NOTE:
The “Set-up” menu is used to store changes required to remain active after the
converter is switched off and on (see sub-menus without entering a password).
3.
Sub-menu in which entries or changes can be made with the “Service Password”:
a. Type
This sub-menu is available only to Tronair Service technicians by entering the service
password. The operator can only view entries made in the sub-menus in the manner
described above.
