conditions of sale of TripleAqua, including Limited Product

The following misuses or maltreatment of equipment will
render all guarantees, as set out, to void.
• Damage caused to equipment on site through lack
of protection from the elements or misuse by others.
• Attempting to operate equipment with an electrical
supply other than that designed on the equipment data
label, or failing to connect and protect such equipment
in accordance with national regulations and local laws.
• Failure to notify damaged goods on receipt within
4 hours and confirming in writing.
• Modification to units, arrangement or performance
without prior written approval.
• Failure to install, to set up or to put to work any part
of the equipment in line with and as specified in this
Installation and Maintenance Manual.
• Failure to observe all accepted installation and
engineering practices during installation, commissioning
and subsequent operation of equipment.
The product supplied are subject to TripleAqua Terms and
Conditions of Sale, a copy of which is available on request. If
anything set out in these installation, operation and main-
tenance instructions conflicts with the terms and conditions
then the terms and conditions will apply.
