15 MOTORHOME MAINTENANCE
15.1 CHASSIS CUSTOMER SERVICE
Chassis service is a concern for every vehicle owner.
Freightliner Customer Chassis Corp. has recognized
this and has developed a nationwide network of
Freightline Service Centers. Each service center
has the facilities, technicians, equipment and part
availability to properly service your motorhome
chassis.
If you need immediate service and a Freightliner
Service Center is not nearby, a Freightliner-based

15.2 ENGINE ACCESS
There are two means of access to the engine:
1. Engine top cover behind the bed in the master
bedroom.
2. Rear engine access through the grill at the back
of the motorhome and at the left side rear of the
motorhome to access the side radiator.
15.2.1 ENGINE TOP COVER
The top cover for the engine is located behind the
rear bed. Access through this cover is needed
for adjustments or replacement of certain engine
parts. To gain access remove the snap buttons
on the elevated fl oor section behing the bed. Re-
move the screws under these buttons to release
the access panel. Lift up the panel to access the
top of the engine. Remember to make sure the
gasket seal is properly in place when you reinstall
the access panel.
