When the Frame Assembly is securely locked in the Up (Traveling) Position, the Limit Switch is depressed 
by the Frame Crossmember, power to the Winch is cut off, and the Winch will not work. In order to provide 
power to the Winch, the Latch Bar Assembly Handle must be pushed downward, which raises the Latch 
Bar Arms and releases pressure on the Limit Switch.
