3 Lock the Clip on the end to secure in place. (See Figure 27.2 Below)

4 Repeat the above steps for the second Chain.
NOTE : Later models of the MPS 350 may be equipped with Protective Chain Covers that do not allow the
Linchpins to restrain the Chains as shown in the Chain Retainer figure. In this case, the Protective
Covers may be cut in two at the appropriate location to allow the insertion of the Linchpin.
