Leave adequate (4” minimum) clear area directly behind the Bumper Assembly
and directly in front of the Shear Bars to ensure that the Shear Bars are not obstructed during
an impact. Failure to follow this warning will result in damage to the truck and the MPS 350.
See drawing 33599/SS621 located in the Appendix for more information.

CAUTION:
Do not leave the Winch Strap tight in the Down (Operating) Position, while the
MPS 350 is being used, the Winch and the attachment point to the Frame Assembly could be
damaged.

CAUTION:
The Winch Strap on the MPS 350 should
ALWAYS
wrap over the top of the
Winch Drum to ensure proper function of Winch. (See Figure 24.3)

When installing, repairing, maintaining, operating, or adjusting this MPS
350, you must follow the safety rules. Please read these instructions before
operating the MPS 350 in order to ensure the safety of the operator and any
bystanders. Failure to follow this warning could result in serious injury or death to the
operator and/or bystanders. Please keep these instructions for later use.
Read the instructions carefully. Be familiar with the controls and proper use of the MPS 350
before
installing, repairing, servicing maintaining, operating, or adjusting your MPS 350.
Those who use and maintain this MPS 350 must be thoroughly trained and familiar with the MPS 350.
If used incorrectly or maintained improperly, this MPS 350 could cause severe injury or death to the
operator and/or bystanders.

APPROVED
Trinity Highway Products replacement parts are allowed. Failure to follow this
warning can result in serious injury or death to the operator and/or bystanders.
Use only approved Trinity Highway Products replacement Shear Bolts when repairing MPS 350 after a
crash or any shearing of the Shear Bolts. (See the following section for details: “
When the MPS 350 is

”)
Do not use hands or feet to lift or support the MPS 350. Always use Jack supports provided. Always
keep feet clear of Frame when in operation and during maintenance activities.
Do not operate or service this MPS 350 when tired, ill, or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or
medication.
Do not operate or service this MPS 350 until you have read this Manual thoroughly. Please call Trinity
Highway Products at 800-527-6050 if you require assistance.
In addition to this Manual, follow all instructions on Safety Warning Labels attached to the MPS 350.
Do NOT operate MPS 350 if any of the Warning Decals are covered by road debris or are otherwise
illegible.
