I/O Connector Definition for the Internet Camera
An 8-pole connector is provided for auxiliary IO connections to
the
Internet Camera
.
The IO connector provides the physical interface for 2 digital
output and 2 digital input that is used for connecting a diversity of
external alarm devices to the
Internet Camera
such as IR-Sensor
and alarm relay.
The digital input is used for connecting external alarm devices
and once triggered images will be taken and e-mailed.
The supported transistor output can give a maximum of DC 5V to
the externally connected alarm devices and once triggered the
current will activate the devices.
