DISPOSAL
Please observe the environment! Dispose the packaging according to the
local garbage regulations. Dispose paper and carton separately from
plastic bags into the corresponding containers. Dispose the appliance at
the end of its lifespan according to environmental considerations. (Special
waste collection WEEE of your local waste management authorities)
Please dispose of the electric blanket in accordance with the Ordinance on
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)2012/19/EU or the
applicable local regulations. In case of inquiries, please contact the
municipal authorities responsible for waste disposal in
your area.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
The guarantee period for this appliance is 24 months. The guarantee
starts from the date of purchase (cash receipt). In case of malfunction you
may send the appliance to your dealer, add information about the
malfunction and the original purchase receipt (which is obligatory for a
repair free of charge)
Within the guarantee period we repair defects of the appliance, which
are based on material or manufacturing faults, in our choice by repair or
exchange. These obligations do not extend the period of guarantee. No
claim on a new period of guarantee results from it.
An exact description of the complaint reduces the processing time. We
apologise for any inconvenience, that any claims of good-will are
