Mantel Clearances 

The maximum mantel depth is 305 mm at 1000 mm 
vertical height. 

** For mantel sizes over 305 mm, the vertical height 
must be raised to the equivalent length of the 
extended mantel depth as reference from the MIN 
value (305 mm). 

NOTE

:  The combustible area above the facing must 

not protrude more than 19 mm from the facing.  If it 
does, it is considered a mantel and must meet the 
mantel requirements listed in this manual.
