VI.
Machine fails to cut off PP straps:
1.
Move Cutter Holder (TA-239) to the right with a slight contact with Press Bar (TA-069).
2.
Replace Press Bar (TA-069) when found worn out.
3.
Replace Front Bar (TA-079) when found worn out.
VII.
Tension is still too high even when the tension knob is set before 10 o’clock
position:
1.
SQ4 (TF-006/T7-1-10750) cannot detect Strap Guide (C) (T5-1-24151) in time. Reduce
their distance (A) by moving SQ4 to the left slightly or bend Strap Guide (C) to the right
a little as illustrated in the following drawing.
2.
SQ4 (TF-006/T7-1-10750) is broken or with bad connections which interrupts SQ4
sending signals.
3.
Tension adjustment VR (T5-4-10231) is broken or with bad connections
4.
Strap Guide (C) (T5-1-24151) is positioned too low and cannot move freely. SQ4 will
not be able to detect it. When machine is at its home position, the gap between Strap
Guide (C) and the surface of the Press Bar should be around 0.5mm to 1mm.
5.
Replace PC Board (T5-4-10141, T5-4-20501, T5-4-20511, T5-4-10142, T5-4-20502, or
T5-4-20512).
