  SQ1   

I.

 

Machine is out of service: 

1.

 

Check if Power Cord (TG-019/T5-4-10322/T5-4-10323) is loosening, broken or 

defective.         

2.

 

When heater reach welding temperature

  Ready Lamp (T5-4-10260) on the control panel 

will be on. Machine is ready to work only when ready Lamp is on   

3.

 

Check if Main Power Switch (TK-001) is being turned on or is actually broken.    Also, 

check if TF-018 Safety Limit Switch or TK-035 Interlock Safety Switch (IP67) is on or is 
actually broken. 

4.

 

 Check if Fuse (3A) (T6-6-30032), Fuse (2A) (T6-6-30031), Fuse (1A) (T6-6-30036) or 

T6-6-30133 Fuse (10A) is burnt. 

5.

 

Check if Micro Switch SQ1 (TF-006) is defective or installed incorrectly.    Also, PC 

Board will have no “on” signal if Switch Lever (T5-1-10120/T5-1-10730) is broken or 
got stuck.    Please refer to the following instructions for the correct installation: 

SQ1: 
5.1.

 

Turn off power supply. 

5.2.

 

Insert around 15cm P.P. strap into 
the bottom of Slide (TA-080) and 
use the strap to push Switch Lever 
(T5-1-10120).    As the Switch 
Level pushed to 1-1.5mm before 
the end, SQ1 will be activated.   
(There will be a sound like “Da”)

technical training. 

6.

 

Check if Wire Ass'y X3 (T5-4-10530) and Wire Ass'y X5 (T5-4-10550) are loosening or 

defective. 

7.

 

Check if Micro Switch SQ2 (TF-006) is defective or installed incorrectly.    PCB might be 

unable to receive home position signals from SQ2 during the standby period so the 
machine is incapable of making any straps.    Please refer to the following instructions for 
the correct installations: 

SQ2/SQ3: SQ2 and SQ3 are fixed together.    Please make sure when the SQ2/SQ3 is 
activated by the lobes on Limit Switch Contactor (T5-1-11140), the TF-009 (switch trigger) 
is not allowed to touch body of SQ2/SQ3.
