2.
Please check if the SQ2 Micro Switch (TF-006) is broken or its connecting wires are
loosening. Also check if X3 Wire Ass’y is broken or loosening. All these will cause a
result of no home position signals transferring to PC Board.
3.
Replace PC Board (T5-4-10141, T5-4-20501, T5-4-20511, T5-4-10142, T5-4-20502, or
T5-4-20512).
III.
Machine keeps feeding strap:
1.
PC Board is broken; replace PC Board (T5-4-10141, T5-4-20501, T5-4-20511,
T5-4-10142, T5-4-20502, or T5-4-20512).
2.
The VR on the control panel for strap feeding is broken; replace Variable Resistor for
strap feeding (T5-4-10232).
3.
Selector Switch (TG-036) for strap feeding on the control panel is broken ; replace
selector switch (TG-036).
IV.
Sealing with a result of bad quality:
1.
Check if Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) has too much carbonized debris resided on both
sides. Too much debris will cause Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) incapable of melting
straps. Clean the surfaces of Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) from carbonized debris.
2.
The temperature of Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) is whether too high or too low. When
the temperature is too high, there might be not enough cooling time for cooling down.
When the temperature is too low, Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) will be unable to melt the
straps.
3.
Increase welding cooling time (T5-4-10231) behind the control box so to produce longer
cooling time.
