Fan Housing Removal / Replacement

1.
Preheat both nozzles to the required
temperature for the inserted filament.
2.
Remove filament.
3.
Cool down printer components.
WARNING!
Not allowing printer to cool down properly can
result in serious burns.
4.
Place printer in SERVICE MODE.
5.
When printer is cooled, power down the
printer.
6.
Remove the two (2) screws that hold
front cover in place with a 2.5mm allen
wrench.
NOTE
- The two additional holes are for
modular hot end removal and adjustment.
7.
Remove the front cover.
8.
Carefully pull the fan off and separate the
4-pin connector.
9.
Repeat in reverse order to install new fan
housing.
