INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on the purchase of your Traeger Wood Pellet Grill, Model BBQ150.01.
With proper set-up, operation, and maintenance, this grill will provide you with delicious
food and years of cooking enjoyment.
The BBQ150.01 can also be used as a built-in Grill. Instructions for that application are
included.
NOTE: NUMBERS FOLLOWING PART REFER TO THE COMPONENT DIAGRAMS FOUND
NEAR THE END OF THIS MANUAL.
When you un-box the Grill, remove all parts from the box and inside the Grill. Remove any
remaining packaging material as well. Make sure you have, and can identify all of the following

You will need to complete the assembly process which includes:
1) Mounting the Leg Frames (21) to the Grill.
2) Attaching the Leg Braces (22).
3) Installing the Casters (23, 24).
4) Mounting the Chimney Cap Assemblies (104).
5) Positioning the Heat Baffles (108) over the Firepot (13).
6) Setting the Grease Drain Pans (109) over the Heat Baffles (108).
7) Placing the Porcelain Grills (115) on the Grill Supports.
8) Hanging the Grease Buckets (110) on the Bucket Hooks.

(1) Phillips screwdriver
