Water no longer comes out
unless you bring your hand
closer or move it more than
normal (*)
The learning function* may not work properly if water droplets or debris
are clinging to the surface of the sensor.
Please always keep the surface of the sensor clean.
When continually turning
the water on and off, water
no longer comes out even
with your hand out (*)
Due to the way the learning function* works, if you hold your hand out
right after the water cuts off 10 times in a row, the sensing distance of the
sensor shortens. Therefore, water may not come out even with your hand
out. In this case, please do nothing for about 15 seconds. Sensing will
return to normal.
Water comes out by itself
The product is designed so that water comes out for 5 seconds after the
power plug is inserted.
If hot water is not used for 7 days, hot water will come out by itself for 5
seconds.
This is an operation designed to prevent air from entering the plumbing. It
is not a malfunction.
Water flow is low, hot water
temperature is low
If water pressure is low, water flow may be low and the temperature of
the hot water may be low.
TROUBLESHOOTING
(*) The faucet uses a learning function that automatically sets the sensor distance once every 15 seconds.
Therefore, this phenomenon may occur, but it is not a malfunction.
