MAINTENANCE : TANK
Flushing out the tank
1. Insert the drainage tube into the
drainage port.
Place a pan underneath the drain tube.
2. Fully open the drainage valve
(Turn counterclockwise).
Even if the drainage valve is fully opened, it will
not come out of the product.
3. Turn the air intake valve (2 places)
counterclockwise and remove it.
Drainage begins.*
*Draining takes about 2 minutes.
*When draining water, be sure to use a pan.
*0.7GAL(2.5L) of water is drained.
4. Turn the feed inlet filter
counterclockwise and take it out.
* Remove feed inlet filter and water will come
out. Use a towel to absorb the excess water.
5. After draining, close the drainage valve.
Re-attach the air intake plug
(2 places) and the feed inlet filter.
Repeat the filling and draining process until the
drainage water runs clean.
6. Make sure that the drainage valve / air intake valve (2 places) and the feed inlet filter
are closed, and then remove the drainage tube.
NOTE
Before touching the air intake
valve, make sure that the hot
water does not remain in the
tank.
There is a risk of being burned.
