CERTIFICATE OF GARANTEE
Dear Customer,
We are glad to inform you, that an European Comunity Directive regarding the sale and the
guarantee of consumer goods has been incorporated in the Italian Laws through Legislative
Decree 2 February 2002 n.24.
Such Directive explains a distinction between consumer goods for private use and professional
use.
In particular the new standard applies exclusively to consumer goods for private use, while the
consumer goods for professional and entrepreneurial use will be regulated by the normal general
discipline on the sale provided by the civil code.
In order to distinguish which use will be adopted a proof of purchase receipt will be required to
prove the exlusive private use, while in the evento fo purchase with invoice, the guarantee will be
valid in the terms provided from professional and entrepreneurial use.
A) Management of the guarantee by proof of purchase receipt (consumer)
Period of guarantee of 24 months.
Whereas:
Directive 1999/44/EEC, represents the attainment of a high level of protection to the consumer.
The Decree regualtes some aspects relating to the sale contracts between Consumer and Sealer,
as weel as the guarantees concerning the consumer goods, which are object of the sale.
The purpose of this Legislative Decree is the following:
•
for Consumer
any phisical person who acquires a consumer good for exlusive private use
whithin and therefore out of their own professional and entrepreneurial activity;
•
for Sealer
any phisical or legal person, publishes or private, that uses one of the said
contracts whithin their own entrepreneurial or professional activity;
•
for the consumer good
any movable property, except the forced sale of the goods: of
water and gas, not packaged for the sale in a delimited volume or determinated amount.
The consumer is titular of rights according to the applied national legislation which regulates the
sale of the consumer goods. The Guarantee leaves such rights unprejudiced.
According to the new normative, any requirement of guarantee from the Consumer must be
advanced to the delear and/or point of sale where the appliance has been purchased.
B) Management of the guarantee by invoice (professional use)
Period of guarantee of 12 months.

in order to demand repair in guarantee you must contct the TOSINGRAF service centre.
If the Clauses of Guarantee are respected, the appliance will be repaired od replaced without
expenses .
For any other problem or require needed to integrate the indications provided in the User Manual
of the purchased item, the TOSINGRAF company put a technical servicing to your disposal.
