Swing the end of the ballast closest to the lens slightly outward so that you have access to the

cables that connect to the ballast. The lamp sync cable connects between the ballast and

controller ECA. Disconnect the cable on the ballast side.

Unplug the color wheel cable and the speaker cable.

Remove the three M2.5x4 Torx screws that fasten the controller ECA to the engine. See the

illustration above.
