Remote Control Problems
Infrared remote problem
Does the
remote work?
No
Use known good batteries in the remote.
Replace the remote.

Aim the remote at both of the IR receivers on the
projector. There are IR receivers on the front and rear of
the projector. Issue a remote command to each
receiver.
Replace the controller ECA.
