4 Replacement Procedures

Remove the following

securing the

CPU holder

, in the reverse order of the

number marked on the holder.

vertically) and lift up the

heat sink.

CAUTION:

silicon grease is applied between the heat sink and CPU, the CPU is

removed with the heat sink.
