4.4 HDD

Removing the HDD

To remove HDD, follow the steps below and refer to figures 4-7 and 4-8.

CAUTION

: When handling the HDD, do not press the HDD from the top and bottom

surface. Pressing HDD may causes data and device destruction.

Turn the computer upside down.

Loosen the following

screw (with e-ring)

and

remove the

HDD slot cover

Lift up the

HDD assembly

from screw hole side.

Disconnect the HDD assembly

carefully from the connector of the

HDD FPC
