Using your computer for the first time

You may be offered the opportunity to register your
computer with Toshiba. If not, make sure you register
later by double-clicking the Registration icon on your
desktop.
Registering your computer lets Toshiba keep you up to
date with information about new products and upgrades,
and also extends your Toshiba warranty worldwide at no
charge to you.
NOTE: To register online, you must have an Internet connection or
your computer’s modem must be connected to a voice-grade
telephone line.
To register your computer at a later time, select

not want to register at this time
.
NOTE: If you skip the registration the first time you start your
computer, a weekly reminder screen will appear a few times to
prompt you to do so.
