The PLCS function is located between the OIS/SVR functions and PLC (sequencer) and has a role
of tagging data of consecutive areas of the PLC. This allows the OIS/SVR functions to perform
data access (read/write) without being aware of the PLC (sequencer).
The typical relation between PLCS function and the OIS/SVR function is shown in Figure 2.20.

(1) The PLC interface accesses the register data of PLC.
(2) Inside the PLC, data and tags in consecutive PLC areas are linked.
(3) It accesses with the OIS functions and PLC tag management, and a screen is
displayed and set up.
(4) It accesses with the SVR functions and PLC tag management, and tag data is
collected and saved.
(5) The OIS function indicates the data which the SVR function saves by trend graph.
