2 Installing Client Software for Windows

52 Installing Client Software for Raw TCP/LPR Printing

Click the [Add a printer] in the Printer Tasks menu.

When using the Windows 2000, double-click [Add Printer] icon.

The Add Printer Wizard dialog box appears.

When using the Windows Vista, Add Printer dialog box appears.

Click [Next].

Select “Local printer attached to this computer”, uncheck the
“Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play printer”, and
click [Next].

When using the Windows Vista, select “Add a local printer“ and click [Next].
