E.5 CF611 mode data receiving program for S2T/S2E

This chapter describes 256 byte (160W) data semding program for CF611 mode. In this case, CF622

as CF611 mode is mounted in slot No. 0 (next to the S2T/S2E module). Write sent data in D1000 to

D1127 before this program runs. When an error is occurred, the module parameter is stored at D3000

to D3015.
