Chapter 7 Troubleshooting

7.1 CF622 cannot start up

When the power is turned on, if the RUN LED located on the front panel of CF622 is not turned on,

check the following:

Power on

On the PS module,

is “POWER” LED

is on?

YES

Is CF622 mounted

to a base unit

correctly?

On CF622, “ERR”

LED is off?

On CF622, RESET

switch is off?

If CF622 is abnormal,

Contact our service representatives.

YES

Go to “Power system check” written in “Unified
Controller nv series type1 light Controller Unit
User’s Manual - Basic Hardware - (6F8C1497)
7.1.

If “RUN” LED is off and “ERR” LED is off,
Check that CF622 is connected to base unit
correctly.

If “RUN” LED is off and “ERR” LED is on,
CF622 is faulty. Contact our service
representatives.

If the RESET switch is fixed in the on state,
please return the reset switch to off state.
