Adjustment to the position of the picture may be made to suit your
viewing preferences.

To adjust picture position:

Press the MENU button, then
press the or button
repeatedly to display the SET
UP menu.

Press the or button
repeatedly to highlight Picture
position.

Press the OK button to display
the Picture position menu.

The menu will vary depending
upon the widescreen format
you have previously chosen.

Press the or button to
highlight an option you want
to adjust.

Press the or button to
adjust the settings as required.

Auto format (Widescreen)

When the TV receives a true Widescreen picture and the Auto
format is On, it will automatically be displayed in Widescreen
format, irrespective of the TV’s previous setting.

This feature is only available for PAL and PAL-DVD (component
video) input signals.

To use the Auto format:

Press the MENU button, then
press the or button
repeatedly to display the
PICTURE menu.

Press the or button
repeatedly to highlight Auto
format, then press the or
button to select On.
